Terms and conditions:

From 01.01.2024 a local tax of 2,10 € per person and day will be charged. (Except children up to 14 years). This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on departure.

A reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a deposit.
As for the reason of payment please insert “deposit-caparra confirmatoria”.

We kindly ask you to pay the rest of the stay one day before your departure.

The apartments are available from 02.30 pm. on the arrival day.
The apartments are available until 09.15 am. on the departure day.
If you arrive after 19.00 pm, please send us a brief message.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained.
For short-term cancellations and late arrivals and/or early departures all booked days will be charged.
With the payment of the deposit the general conditions, in particular the cancellation policy, are considered as fully and legally accepted.
Application of the Italian Civil Code and exclusive place of jurisdiction Bolzano.
